Eligibility

Resident of central Richland County. At or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Age 18 or older.

Required documents

Proof of current residency and photo ID for each adult in the household. Mail needs to be with-in 60 days to be considered current.

Mon-Fri noon-2 pm

Application process

Walk in. Limited capacity. Can only receive food once a month. (Not every 30 days.)

Administers Emergency Utility Assistance Program (electric, gas, water), Emergency Rent Assistance Program, Emergency Food Assistance and Free Meals Program, Diaper Bank, school shoe and steel toed boot program. Also operates the Dewald Community Center with an after school program as well as summer programs.
