-Limit to one approval in each PRC Budget year. -Must be the primary custodian or legal guardian of at least one minor child - defined as under 18 or under 19 and enrolled in high school full time. -Must be employed. May not be on strike. May not have quit/refused employment within 60 days from date of application. -Must be a Lake County resident and must not be receiving cash assistance, SNAP, or Medicaid in any other state at the time of the application. -Must meet citizenship requirements. -Payments for crib/mattress and car seats are limited to one each per child under age two. One time purchase.

International Service Center acts as a clearinghouse for interpreters; two Spanish speaking individuals on staff in office.
