Eligibility

Open to residents of Brown County with a household income at or below 175% of the federal poverty level whose household meets one of the following criteria:

  • includes a household member who is age 60 or older
  • includes a household member who has a documented medical condition
  • has a disconnection notice or has already been disconnected
  • is trying to establish new electric service
  • is enrolling in Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) for the first time or have a PIPP default
