Ages 16 and older. No residency requirement. Clients must be able to arrange their own transportation. Persons with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
M-F: 8:00am-3:00pm.

Phone for an appointment M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm. Cuyahoga County residents need funding through a Medicaid Waiver, accessed from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD).

Description

This is NOT adult day care services. Provides training in a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment so people with disabilities may develop social, self-help, and adaptive skills. Focus is preparing for success in either employment situations or in becoming active, engaged members of the community. Agency can provide assistance with personal care and medication requirements.

Advances the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, epilepsy, muscular dystrophy, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, autism spectrum, genetic disorders, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Offers early intervention and family support services, traditional physical/occupational/speech/language therapy services for children, intensive physical/occupational therapy services, residential services (offers several group homes), an assistive technology center, and organizational and community employment services.
