Fixed fee that varies depending on distance and type of transportation. In some cases, payment is provided by a contracted agency (such as the Board of Developmental Disabilities). Accepts payment through Medicaid (however, in most cases, Medicaid will only pay for this service if the person is in a wheelchair).
