Lends adult bikes, children and adult helmets, and bike locks on a temporary basis. - Service is provided through a collaboration of the Lorain Public Library, Lorain County Public Health, Lorain County Metro Parks, and the Lorain County Community Action Agency.

Fee

- No fee. - If loaned items are not returned or lost, the fines are: Fixed fee of $100 for a bike, fixed fee of $25 for a helmet, and fixed fee of $12 for a lock.

Eligibility

- Patrons can check out a lock or a helmet without checking out a bike. - Helmets are required for participation.
