Serves all areas. Ashtabula County residents may stay for up to 45 days. Non-Ashtabula County residents may only stay for 2 days maximum. Must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by legal guardian. Accepts single parents with children as well as two parent families (married or not) with children. Accepts unmarried couples, however, they cannot stay in the same room. Must not be severely mentally or physically disabled (needing constant supervision); does not accept sex offenders. No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises. Does not accept anyone with an active warrant.
