STATE SUPPORT TEAM REGION 3 | EDUCATIONAL SERVICE CENTER OF NORTHEAST OHIO
Offers consultations on critical issues such as Individual Educational Plan (IEP) development, curricular accommodations and modifications, intervention design, behavior issues, assistive technology, and communication concerns. Provides Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) upon request by school districts. Also, provides technical assistance to families of children with disabilities who need assistance in dealing with the process of enrolling a child with disabilities in school and communicating with the school on behalf of the child.

Application process
Referrals are made through the school district in which the child lives or is enrolled. If a call is made to the Agency by a parent or social service provider, the call will be referred to the appropriate school district for the initial intake. In order to initiate a referral, the school district requests and completes a consultation request. Phone office.
Fee
Most services free, but some workshops/training programs may have fixed fees. Scholarships/financial aid available for some training programs.
Eligibility
Cuyahoga County school district personnel, parents or agency personnel who are working with students who are ages 3-22 and have disabilities.
