Eligibility

Adults 18 and older with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and substance abuse disorder, and reside in Cuyahoga County.

Individual outpatient: M,W,Th,F: 9:00am-12:00noon or 1:00pm-4:00pm Community Psychiatric Support Team: M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm.
