Serves residents of ZIP codes 44607, 44625, 44657, 44669, and 44670 with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Required documents
- Photo ID.
- Proof of residency if photo ID doesn't have current address.
- Complete an application at first visit.
- If a client is unable to go to the pantry, their representative must provide their own photo ID and a completed Letter of Proxy.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Noon to 3:00pm.
