Donation based-program. Priority is given to individuals who are in poverty, frail, homebound, and/or have a cognitive and/or physical impairment that makes shopping and preparing meals difficult.

Delivers nutritious meals twice a week for a total of up to five (5) meals per week. Each meal contains an entrée and fruit and milk. Meals meet 1/3 of the daily nutrition requirement for older adults. On Mondays and Wednesdays a hot meal is provided. Frozen meals are provided on the other days in microwaveable containers and will need to be heated before consumption. NOTE: Unable to accommodate special diets.
