Eligibility

In order to be eligible: - Household must be located in Summit County. - Household must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Applicant must own the home for which the property tax is being requested. - Land parcel for which the delinquent property tax is owed must contain the client's primary residence. - Property tax must be separate from mortgage and paid directly to the taxing authority. - Applicant must agree to and enter into a payment plan if the delinquent amount exceed $2,500.
