- Serves residents of Medina City who are age 65 or over, age 64 or under and disabled, or active duty military - Must have household income at or below 65% of median household income of Medina County. - Must own and reside in the property. - Must not live with an able-bodied person age 13 or over who is capable of snow removal.
- Previous year's Federal tax return for everyone in household. - Signed doctor's note certifying disability/medical impairment (if applicable).
- Driveways are plowed a maximum of once per 24-hour period. - Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, during or after storm. - Residential plowing is conducted after public streets are cleared. - Weekend / overtime service will only be available during severe snow emergencies (single storms that result in more than eight (8) inches accumulation).
