Contact Member Services at least two business days in advance to schedule a trip.

Eligibility

Serves members of CareSource Medicaid age 18 or older.

  • Destinations must be less than 30 miles from the member's home to be eligible.
  • Assistance is limited to 30 round-trips or 60 one-way trips total per year, with a maximum of five round-trips or 10 one-way trips being for food resources.
