-Mentally, physically disabled or disabled family member (any age); income must be at or below 50% of area median income guidlines. -Applicant cannot have filed bankruptcy. -Must be homeowner and occupant. -Title must be in applicant's name. -Property can have only one mortgage, have homeowner's insurance and property taxes must be up to date. -Mobile Homes not eligible.
