Vision Care Outreach Program is designed to provide comprehensive free vision care to uninsured and underinsured individuals in Ohio. Services offered include vision care education, eye examinations, eyeglasses and financial assistance resources to eligible adults and children.

Fee

There is no fee for the vision care outreach program.

Eligibility

All clients must meet the current 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines and not enrolled in Medicaid or some Medicare or any other vision insurance. (Some exceptions apply--contact us with questions.)
