Maintains records of all felony cases in Cuyahoga County that have gone to the grand jury. Processes all felony cases bound over to the grand jury and all grand jury indictments. Prepares, schedules, and oversees all common pleas arraignments, dockets, and files all motions, entries, warrants, and summonses relating to criminal cases. Offers a research area with computer terminals and printers for public use. Information about felony cases is open to the public except grand jury information and expunged cases.
