Open to at-risk youth ages 14-24 from Richland and Crawford counties. Youth may qualify under these guidelines: * School Dropout * Youth involved with the justice system * Has a low income (free/reduced lunch or household income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines) * Is a runaway or is homeless * Is in the foster care system or aging out * Currently pregnant or is parenting * Is disabled, deficient in basis skills * Requires help completing an educational program or holding employment * English language learner

This program also serves to connect employers with "Ready-to-Work" employees to fill their job vacancies.
