Eligibility
Open to Clinton County homeowners with an adjusted gross income of $40,000 or less who:
- occupy the home they own as their primary place of residence, and
- are age 65 or older, or
- are certified as permanently and totally disabled
Required documents
Tax preparation documents (Applicants who have not filed an Ohio income tax return may be asked to complete a DTE Form 105H and/or asked to provide copies of W-2s, 1099s, etc.),Photo ID (Or other proof of age),Other documents (Signed DTE Form 105E Certificate of Disability or a current certificate from any state or federal agency that classifies the applicant as disabled)
