Closed for all federal holidays. Same-day appointments available, walk-ins welcome.

Call 740-399-8008 for an appointment. Medical services at Mount Vernon and Danville locations. Paperwork completed before appointment or onsite. Walk-ins and appointments accepted.
Fee
Accept Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans, Medicare, insurance plans. Patients that do not have insurance will be eligible for sliding fee scale with proof of income. Out-of-pocket expenses can be reduced depending on income and family size. Costs are significantly lower than going to ER or urgent care. Significant cost reduction for any Lab work and prescriptions. Regardless of payer source, NO ONE is turned away. Nominal fee for medical services is $20.
