Residents of Perry, Licking, Pickaway, Washington, Athens, Guernsey, Morgan and Muskingum Counties ages 5-21 with families involved in multi-systems of care and a CANS score indicating moderate or intensive care coordination.

Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) is an evidence-supported, brief, strength-based intervention designed to help youth and families create meaningful change within their own home and community. I-FAST focuses on identifying and amplifying family strengths, improving communication, and aligning supports across systems such as schools, courts, and child welfare.
