Eligibility

Applicant must be physically present at certification visits Applicant must be determined to be at medical (or) Nutritional risk by a registered dietitian in the WIC program Applicant must be; pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding woman (or) A child from: (Birth - 5) years of age Applicant must have income within the: Ohio WIC income guidelines Hamilton County resident (or) Note: (will refer to other county if needed)
