Victims will be automatically notified of parole hearings and other events required by law when the offender is convicted of an offense of violence that is a felony of the first, second or third degree or is serving a life sentence. *Victims may opt-out or opt back in at any time *To Opt-Out: Complete the Opt-Out form which can be found online and submit it through the mail or email. *To Register: Complete the online form or submit it through mail or email.
