Eligibility

Adults 19 and over who do not have a secondary degree, test below the 12.9 grade level in reading or math as measured by the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) or lack English proficiency skills as measured by ESOL assessments. Individuals 16-18 may be served if they can provide documentation of official withdrawal from their home school districts.
