- Serves residents of ZIP code 44615 with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Also serves residents of other Carroll County communities that do not have a food panty in their town, such as Augusta, Dellroy, Leesville, Mechanicstown, and Sherrodsville.

- Families with 4 or more members may also visit a second time, on the last Thursday from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
