Provides low cost spay/neuter subsidy program for cats and dogs to low-middle range income households, monthly spay/neuter cat clinic available to all Greene County residents caring for outside cats ($15 for males and $20 for females) and free pet food, once a month, to low income families. Responds to calls concerning potential livestock abuse or neglect. Provides guidance on animal care, including options available for veterinary assistance. We do not operate a shelter but do try to assist in finding homes for animals.
