Adults, age 21 yrs and older, who are mentally competent and not a chronic abuser of drugs or alcohol. Permits will NOT be issued to felons or those currently being prosecuted for any felony or a violent or drug-related misdemeanor. Must complete an 8-hour course to receive a Certificate of Competency.
A completed application form, passport-size photos, copy of training certificate, and State ID with photo or Ohio drivers license.
By appointment. Appointments are scheduled Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00am-3:30pm.
