Takes complaints and investigates suspected cases of discrimination in employment due to race, color, age, sex (including sexual harassment), religion, national origin, genetic information, pregnancy, disability, retaliation, sexual orientation and gender identity, or equal pay. Does not offer legal advice, but will help client understand legal issues surrounding the complaint. Offers clients mediation as a an alternative to an investigation.
