Eligibility

- Must live in Jefferson County and be a United States citizen or qualified legal alien. - Serves adults age 65 or over, or who qualify for Medicare based on disabilities and with income at 100% to 135% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level. - Assistance available will depend on income and family resources.
