Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project (YHDP) | Licking County Coalition For Housing

YHDP is a joint TH/RR (Transitional Housing/Rapid Rehousing) program that focuses on helping young people experiencing homelessness find, obtain, and maintain housing, further their education, and gain or maintain employment.

Eligibility

Young adults 18 to 24 years old, including pregnant and parenting youth, who meet category 1, 2, or 4 of HUD‘s final definition of homelessness* are eligible. Serving Licking, Holmes, Knox, Muskingum, Coshocton, and Fairfield counties.
