Regular Heap - Home Energy Assistance Program | Harcatus Tri-county Community Action Organization
Offers a federally funded program designed to help income-eligible Ohioans with their winter heating bills. Eligible clients will receive a benefit in the form of a direct payment toward their main heating account. Program benefits are generally credited directly towards the eligible client’s energy heating bill beginning in the month of January. The benefit amount varies by household.

Serves Ohio households with a household income at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. NOTE: Some income is deemed excludable such as income earned by dependent minors under 18 years old, child support paid-out, health insurance premiums, and some Medicare costs. Other eligibility guidelines may apply.
