Women age 18 or older and minors who have either parental consent or who have received a judicial consent from court.

Call for pregnancy services pricing information. Medicaid, Molina, CareSource. If you will be using your insurance or Medicaid, you must bring a photo ID. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, checks, major credit/debit cards, money orders. Payment is expected at time of service.
