Works in partnership with Prevent Blindness Ohio, which can assist with free eye exams/eye glasses for those without vision insurance. Will complete the application with the guest via phone or in person.

Eligibility

Serves Ohio adults and children with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must not be enrolled in Medicaid or any insurance that provides eyeglasses or vision care. In most cases, the client can be on Medicare (unless Medicare covers the service needed) - all Medicare recipients can at least apply for help with eyeglass vouchers.
