Open to individuals, couples, and families residing in Warren County who have:
- a head of household that is 18 years of age or older
- a household income at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI)
- a written notice of eviction from their current landlord
- a monthly rent payment at or below HUD's Fair Market Rent (FMR), determined by agency
