Open to individuals, couples, and families residing in Warren County who have:

  • a head of household that is 18 years of age or older
  • a household income at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI)
  • a written notice of eviction from their current landlord
  • a monthly rent payment at or below HUD's Fair Market Rent (FMR), determined by agency
Social security card (For all household members),Other documents (Proof of public assistance received (if applicable), Written notice to vacate, ),Birth certificate (For all household members),Photo ID (For household members 18 and older),Proof of income (Past 4-6 weeks for all household members ),Lease or mortgage statement (Lease and Ledger),Utility bill (If also seeking utility assistance)
