Application process
Appointment required. Must give at least 24 hour notice. Will pick up Blendon Township residents and those within the following boundries: North of Hempstead Road; West of Cleveland Avenue; North of Morse Road; East of Sunbury Road.
Fees
No fee coming to the center however, a $4 fee for appointments for Blendon Township residents. For areas outside of Blendon Township, there is a $8 fee.

Offers a van and bus to take seniors to medical appointments, shopping, pharmacy and beauty appointments. Shopping and beauty appointments are only available on certain days. Call before making appointment to confirm availablity. No wheelchair lift available.
