Provides one-on-one as well as group counseling sessions for people who want to purchase a home or who want to refinance their current mortgage. Will review and explain loan documents. Counseling is also available for people who have become delinquent on their mortgage payments or who fear they may become delinquent. This agency will work with lenders to negotiate payment arrangements.
