You'll go into a private session with a trained volunteer and communicate, live, by typing messages back and forth. The service is completely anonymous, and you do not have to give your name or any personal information.

Description

The Online Hotline, which is a secure web-based crisis hotline, provides live, secure and completely confidential help to victims through an interface as intuitive as instant messaging. Victims who need help, but are reluctant to call the telephone hotline, now have the option of communicating securely online with someone who has the training to help them take steps toward recovery.
