Application process

Call the office for more information. The arresting police department and the prosecutor must agree the offender is appropriate for the program.

Fee

Participants are required to pay a program fee prior to completion of the program. Fees are paid in weekly, biweekly or monthly installments. Participants who are indigent may apply for a reduction or waiver of the program fee. Participants must also address other financial obligation including court costs, child support, fines, restitution, and other outstanding fees. Call for details.

Eligibility

Serves adults charged with a fourth or fifth degree felony drug offense in Summit County. Participants must be mentally and physically able to participate. Offenders are screened by the admissions department for eligibility based on other criteria including past criminal history.
