Requests: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm *Medical Appointments: Mon-Fri 9am-2pm, must be completed no later than 3pm *Non-Medical Appointments: Mon-Fri must be completed no later than 2pm

Description

Transportation can be requested by individuals over 60 years old for medical appointments, personal appointments and grocery trips Monday-Friday. Requests must be made at least two business days in advance. *Medicial Appointments: must be to a location in Fairfield County or within 20 miles of the agency *Personal Appointments: must be to a locatoin within 10 miles of the agency, may include hair and beauty appointment *Grocery Trips: rotating schedule between Walmart, Kroger, Meijer, and Aldi as well as the Community Food Pantry for Market Days. Check website for schedule.
