Provides grants to assist with home maintenance for specific purposes. $2500 per property available to correct exterior code violations cited by the city's building and housing department. Paint vouchers are available to correct exterior scrape and paint violations. $1500 per property to reduce the cost of a necessary home repair project. $500 is available for eligible homeowners to address immediate health and safety improvements, including bathroom repair, roof repair, accessibility modifications, plumbing repairs and more.
