Help Me Grow - Home Visitation Program | Ohio Department Of Health
Provides a voluntary family support program for pregnant women or new parents. Professionals visit the home to promote skills and tools to foster the healthy growth and development of children. Program includes activities that help mothers and fathers better understand and support their child's needs. Will also refer to other community resources as needed.

Generally meets with families weekly. Hours are flexible.
Application process
Phone the statewide centralized intake and rferral System M-F: 7:00am-7:00pm for intake or for more information. Callers will be given an intake interview and connected to local providers based on their situation and need.

Free.
Eligibility
Serves families in Ohio who meet at least one of the following criteria: first time mother or first time father with custody, expectant mother or parent with child under age 6 months, or a family income amounting to less than 200% of poverty. Active-duty military and those involved with Child Protective Services are also automatically eligible.
