Provides Central Access Point (CAP) line, a centralized emergency shelter hotline. Intake specialists screen callers for entry into emergency shelter or other appropriate programs.

The CAP Line provides central intake for the following shelters:

  • Bethany House
  • Found House Interfaith Housing Network
  • Talbert House - Emergency Shelter for Veterans
  • Joseph House Transitional Housing
  • Ohio Valley Goodwill Transitional Housing
  • Volunteers of America Transitional Housing
  • Talbert House - Parkway Center Transitional Housing
