Eligibility
- Serves caregivers residing in Harrison County.
- Must be employed, enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree), or receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure.
- For initial application, income must be at or below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL).
- Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.
Required documents
Complete an application and provide:
- Children’s birth certificates and Social Security cards.
- Parent's photo ID.
- Last four (4) pay stubs and/or a letter from employer, a training schedule from school (if applicable).

Parental weekly co-payment of the child care cost is based on gross household income and family size.
