CARE MANAGEMENT | NATIONAL YOUTH ADVOCATE PROGRAM

Program is a collaborative partnership with Franklin County Children Services. Offers a flexible and creative continuum of care to assist in resolving challenges and crises facing youths and their family. Works with the family to do what is best for the child and family as a whole. Program include 24/7 crisis support, intensive home-based services, alcohol and drug services, parent skills training, links to community support services, residential services and other related services.
