Eligibility

Those 16 years of age or older, with disabilities. Does not accept persons requiring one-on-one assistance.

Required documents

Proof of Income for financial aid.

Hours

Sessions of varying lengths available from June through August. Offers weekend and weeklong sessions.

Application process

Phone M-F: 8:30am-4:00pm to request an application. After application is submitted, applicant will be called for an interview. Applications may be accepted as early as February. Early application is advised, especially for adults.

Fixed fee (accepts waiver with co-pay).
