Description

Provides preventive dental treatment, including oral exam, scaling, cleaning and polishing, home care instruction, x-ray, fluoride treatment, cleaning of dentures, home care kit and pit of fissure sealants; will send x-rays to dentist of patient's choice upon written request; cannot build or repair dentures or other prosthetic devices; cannot provide root canal or extraction services. Also provides the Give-Kids-A-Smile program for children ages 6 months-18 years.
