Neighborhood center offers after school activities and educational programs, emergency financial assistance, senior citizen outreach, emergency food, an all day preschool and support for families who have open cases with Franklin County Children's Services. Clients must live in the following zip codes to qualify for most services: 43215 west of the river, 43222 and 43223.
