Offers early learning education at seven sites throughout Cuyahoga County. Provides full day, half day (double session), and home-based service. Works to develop social competence and school readiness in children and to empower their parents/caregivers to assist them. Includes supportive services such as nutrition and special education.

Office hours: M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Full day sites: M-F: hours vary between 7:00am-5:30pm and are determined by center and are open all year. Half day hours are available, mainly during the school year; a co-pay may be required.

Application process
Call the enrollment hotline and leave a message at any time. A specialist will call back to discuss the situation and determine the type of care which fits best. Depending on the conversation, an intake appointment can be made at appropriate site.
Fee
Free to income-eligible families. Otherwise a co-pay may be required, as determined by the county voucher system.
Eligibility
Open to children ages 3-5 with family incomes up to 100% of federal poverty level in Cuyahoga County. In addition, children in foster care in Cuyahoga County and children of Ohio Works First parents are eligible, and 10% of slots are reserved for special needs children, and 10% for those over income (up to 300% of poverty). Full Day services are available for families who are working, going to school, and/or in a training program.
