Residnet of Franklin and surrounding Counties 60 and older. Total household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level and have a documented unforeseen financial hardship that has caused or will cause them to be behind on rent and/or utilities. Must have documentation of long term sustainability after HAP assistance.
