Provides recreational classes and activities for those with disabilities. Activities vary by season and include dances, nature hikes, exercise, bowling, and softball. Activities are designed and adapted to meet the needs of participants.

Provides consumer-directed services to ensure equal opportunities for all persons regardless of disability. Provides information, education, training, employment, recreation services, and independent living services to people with disabilities so that they can live in their own homes, participate in community life, and find and maintain stable employment. To ensure delivery of effective services, the majority of staff and board members are people with disabilities themselves.
